Regular set-up:
Monday, 16.10.2023, 07:00 a.m. – 24:00 p.m.
Tuesday, 17.10.2023, 00:00 a.m. – 06:00 p.m.
Dismantling times:
Dismantling begins on Friday, 20.10.2023 at 03:00 p.m. and ends on Sunday, 22.10.2023 at 06:00 p.m.
It is possible to book an early set-up for a fee. Affiliated companies must each submit a separate application. Booking is only possible as a registered exhibitor. Therefore, please contact your contractor.
If you wish to have an early set-up, the number of possible early set-up days depends on the square meterage of your stand. See here below. Exhibitors can note the request for early set-up (number of days) in the ordering system. Early set-up is subject to approval by BVHI.

Services
Do you require additional services such as stand security, catering, etc.? Have you booked electricity or stand cleaning for your stand? You can order everything you need for your exhibition appearance via the NürnbergMesse Online Exhibitor Shop.
Please order all services by 18 August 2023 via the NürnbergMesse Online Exhibitor Shop as express surcharges are incurred for many services thereafter. Orders at the exhibition are only possible to a certain extent and are subject to extra costs and a waiting period.
Please note that these services are provided by NürnbergMesse or the respective service provider. BVHI has no control over the completeness and coherence of your order. Therefore, please contact the respective service provider directly if you have any questions. You will find the contact details on the service form.
Exhibitor passes
Access to the halls during construction and dismantling is only possible after registration via the Service Ticketing Portal of NürnbergMesse (STP). Registration must be carried out before entering the exhibition site. The registration link and detailed information on the registration process are available in the Online Exhibitor Shop of NürnbergMesse. Registration is binding for each person and must also be forwarded by the exhibitor to participating partners (stand constructors). The tickets are not valid for the duration of the event.
During the construction and dismantling no badges are needed. During the exhibition period, admission to the exhibition halls is only possible with a valid exhibitor pass. These can be ordered from the respective exhibitor or purchased locally (EUR 60, – per person). Please note that the tickets are personalized.
