Opening hours of Industry Exhibition

Wednesday, October 22, 2025  09:00 a.m. – 05:00 p.m.

Thursday, October 23, 2025  09:00 a.m. – 05:00 p.m.

Friday, October 24, 2025  09:00 a.m. – 02:00 p.m.

Exhibitors can access the Industry Exhibition one hour before the opening time on each day of the event, at 08:00 a.m.

The exhibition stands must be staffed no later than 15 minutes before the opening time at 09:00 a.m. For security reasons, exhibitors must vacate the premises no later than 30 minutes after the end of the opening hours.

Exhibitor passes

During the trade exhibition admission will only be possible with a valid exhibitor pass. The personalised exhibitor passes can be ordered in advance. You will receive a free contingent based on the size of your stand. Every additional pass costs 60.00 EUR.

BVHI Service Counter

You will find the BVHI Service Counter in the entrance area of the NCC East in Nuremberg.

Future Friday

More information about the Future Friday, which takes place on the third day of the event, will be available in the run-up to the event.

You will find an ATM at the entrance NCC East.

Taxis/Cabs

Stop at the entrances to the Exhibition Center Nuremberg.

Wireless LAN

Available throughout the Conference Center and the Industry Exhibition, except in the parking areas.
