2021 EUHA Congress: Save the date!
(Mainz/Frankfurt, 28 May 2020) The 65th International Congress of Hearing Aid Acousticians has been postponed to next year. The European Union of Hearing Aid Acousticians (EUHA) and the German Hearing Aid Industry Association (BVHI) are now announcing the new date for the event: the 65th EUHA Congress has been rescheduled to be held at Deutsche Messe Hannover from 15 to 17 September 2021.
Beate Gromke, EUHA President: “We look forward to meeting you again in more relaxed times. Please save the September date – and stay healthy!”
Dr Stefan Zimmer, Chairman of the Board of the German Hearing Aid Industry Association: “The postponement of this event, which is the largest in our industry, to next year has been received with great acceptance and positive support. Now that the date has been fixed, this is coupled with a large amount of pleasant anticipation.”
Despite the Congress having to be postponed, specialist delegates can benefit from further education this year: after the summer break, EUHA digital, a series of webinars held on a weekly basis, will offer trade-specific lectures on the latest findings and innovations centring on hearing issues from the fields of medicine, science, and industry.
As scheduled, the Digital Future Friday will take place on 9 October 2020, with a series of presentations providing insights into future trends in our profession.
In both series of lectures and presentations, top-class speakers from Germany and abroad will be sharing the latest in knowledge.
Since April, the EUHA TV knowledge portal has been open free of charge. Anyone interested may use these offers at www.euha.tv, which has all the contributions from the 2016 to 2019 Congresses freely available.
With this offering, the EUHA and BVHI wish to support hearing aid acousticians in times of crisis and encourage solidarity among the members of our profession.
