• Booking of conference rooms: deadline July 25, 2025
• Submitting of stand design for approval: August 08, 2025
• Booking of stand construction and furnishings and necessary services via the NürnbergMesse Online Exhibitor Shop: September 01, 2025
• Booking earlier set-up: August 18, 2025
• Deadline booking exhibitor’s passes: October 16, 2025

  October 21, 2025, 00:00 a.m.  – 06:00 p.m.
• Dismantling times:
